Delivery information

If you are in labor, call our office at 336-659-4777. We will instruct you when to head to the hospital. After office hours, you will speak to a triage nurse who will direct your call to the on-call physician as needed.

Our physicians deliver babies at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. The hospital's Maya Angelou Women's Health and Wellness Center offers spacious delivery rooms and postpartum suites with many of the comforts of home including rocking chairs, CD/DVD players, dim lighting and room for your support person to remain with you throughout your stay.

The hospital also offers numerous classes and tours to help you prepare for labor, breastfeeding and infant care. Call 336-718-7000 for more information.

Call schedules

You will see all our providers during your prenatal appointments, so you will be familiar and comfortable by the time you deliver. Our providers generally alternate days on-call for labor and delivery during the week. The providers at Novant Health Triad OB/GYN also participate in our weekend call schedule and share weekends equally with our providers.
