Prescription refills

If you need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Valaoras & Lewis OB/GYN, please call your pharmacist when you have at least a three-day supply of your medication remaining. That will give your pharmacy a chance to refill your prescription or to call our office if permission is needed. 

If you know you are out of refills on a medication you need, please remember to mention that at your appointment. 

If you are having difficulty taking any of your medications, please let your pharmacist and our office know.
